1. Acceptance

By using Axion Arc Dashboard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Axion Arc Dashboard is a personal founder operations dashboard provided to a closed list of test users. It surfaces todos, pipeline items, financial state, calendar events, and classified email pulled from connected Google accounts. The service is offered "as-is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Eligibility

Use of the service requires a Google account that has been added to the OAuth consent screen test-user list. The service does not accept self-service signups.

4. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the security of the Google account you connect.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the service.
  • You will not use the service to violate any law or any third party's rights.

5. Data handling

See the Privacy Policy for what data the service accesses, where it is stored, and which third parties process it on your behalf.

6. Disclaimers

The service depends on Google's Gmail and Calendar APIs, Anthropic's Claude API, Supabase, and Cloudflare. None of those are operated by us, and outages of any of them will affect service availability. Email classifications are produced by an LLM and may be wrong. Treat outputs as suggestions, not authoritative.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption. The service is provided free of charge to test users.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and revoke OAuth access at myaccount.google.com/connections. The operator may remove any test user from the access list at any time without notice.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date above tracks the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
